Väga hea võimalus kasutada ära eelmise päeva riisi ülejäägid. <p></p><p>Ideaalselt sobib tavaline valge riis aga võid kasutada ka täisterariisi- sel juhul jäävad riisiderad veidi kõvemad. Piima asemel võid kasutada ka taimseid kuumutamiseks sobivaid piimasid. </p><p><br /></p><p>KOOSTISOSAD<br /></p><p>200g keedetud riisi</p><p>350 ml + 4 spl piima</p><p>1 spl suhkrut</p><p>1 munakollane (võid lisada ka koos munavalgega)</p><p>0,5 tl vaniljesuhkrut</p><p>näpuotsaga kaneeli</p><p><br /></p><p>VALMISTAMINE</p><p>- Pane paksupõhjalisse potti riis, piim (350 ml), suhkur ja pane keema.</p><p>- Keeda kaanega kaetult keskmisel või madalal kuumusel 20 minutit aeg-ajalt segades. Jälgi, et piim üle ei keeks.</p><p>- Klopi korralikult lahti munakollane (või terve muna) ning sega see 4 spl piimaga. </p><p>- Lisa muna-piima segusse 4 spl kuuma riisipudingut aga <u>1 spl korraga</u>, samal ajal segades, et muna tükki ei läheks. </p><p>- Nüüd vala muna-riisisegu potti ja sega korralikult. Selleks sobivad kõik kalad. Ettevalmistatud kala reastatakse kaussi<br />

Marinaad peab ulatuma 2-3cm üle kalade. Kalad imbuvad marinaadiga<br />
läbi 2-3 päevaga.<br />

Vahusta munakollased ülejäänud suhkruga, lisa tärklis ja sirista<br />
pidevalt segades kuuma piima sisse (piim ei pea samal ajal keema).<br />
Siis kuumuta piim pidevalt segades kuni see pakseneb.<br />
Tõsta pliidilt ning maitsesta vaniljesuhkruga. Lase jahtuda.<br />
Saadud segu tõsta kaussi ning aseta peale lumepallid.
